Clyno Labs is free software for a pathology lab or a small diagnostic centre in India. Connected doctors send you the test from inside the consultation. You type the values. The finished report files itself into that patient's record on the doctor's side.
No card. Nothing to install. Sign up with your mobile number and a password, in the browser you already use.

The list refreshes itself every 60 seconds.
None of this is about software. It is what an ordinary day looks like when the order comes on paper and the report goes out as a photo.
A name spelled two ways, a phone number in the corner, and a call back to the clinic to find out what was actually asked for.
A page photographed and sent on WhatsApp, sitting in a chat with a hundred other messages. Nobody can say for certain the doctor opened it.
Every value checked against the range sheet and every H and L written in by pen — on every report, every evening.
A printed page carries nothing on it that says the paper really came from your lab.
Five steps of the same chain. Each one is a screen that exists in the product today.
Pick the test you saved and the parameter names, units and normal ranges come with it. You type only the results. Anything outside the range you set turns amber on the screen, with a bold H or L. On the printed report that value comes out in bold with the same H or L.

Values outside the Low–High range are flagged H/L automatically — on your screen and on the printed report.

Critical result — the doctor gets an urgent alert, and the report is stamped CRITICAL.
No email to compose, no WhatsApp thread to find. It goes into that patient's file inside the doctor's Clyno. The doctor gets a notification: “Lab report received”, or “Lab report — red flags” when there are any.

Lab report — red flags
Shreeya Diagnostics uploaded a report for Ramesh Pawar.
No email to compose, no WhatsApp to find. The values you typed join the patient's trend line exactly as you typed them.
Every report you make in the report maker prints a QR code at the bottom left. Anyone can scan it — no login, no app — and get a page saying the report was issued by your lab, on that date, for that test.
It proves where the paper came from. It says nothing about whether the result is right.

Genuine report
This report was issued by Shreeya Diagnostics through Clyno Labs.
The patient name is shortened here, so scanning a QR never shows whose report it is. It proves where the paper came from — not whether the result is right.
Each test carries its price, its usual turnaround, the sample type, and its parameters with your own normal ranges. That single list fills the report maker and shows as your price list to the doctors you are connected with.
Your tests power the report maker and show as your price list to connected doctors.
Start with the common tests?
CBC, Fasting Sugar, Lipid Profile, Thyroid, HbA1c — with standard adult ranges you can edit to match your methods.
Add starter testsYou type your own price against each test.
Clyno takes no commission. There is no fee-sharing anywhere in the product.
Only the doctors you are connected with can see your price list.
Add a person with their own name, their own 10-digit number and their own password. They sign in on the same lab page you do, so nobody has to share your login.

Not a user count and not a speed claim. These are the limits and the shape of the software itself — what you will find when you open it.

Three steps. Two of them are the work you already do.
A connected doctor sends the test from inside the consultation. It comes complete — name, age, sex, phone, the tests and the doctor's note. Each one carries a short code like LB-4F2K that you can quote on the phone. Urgent ones sit at the top with a red edge.
Mark the sample received, start processing, then make the report — or attach the film if it is an X-ray or a scan. The buttons on the card change with the state, so the next step is always the one in front of you.
It files into the patient's record and the doctor is alerted. The order flips to Report sent, and a green “Tell patient” button opens WhatsApp with the message already written. It carries the reference code, not the report — you press send.
A doctor on Clyno can send you an invite link. A lab that signs up through it is connected at once and sees “Connected with Dr Patil — their orders will appear in your worklist.” The link stays valid for 30 days.
After that, their tests come to you from inside the consultation instead of on a slip. If a doctor sends one by mistake, they can take it back only while it is still New — once you have marked the sample received, they are told to call you instead.
Orders come from connected doctors. Clyno Labs does not register walk-in patients, and it does no billing, receipts or cash counter — the doctor's order is what starts the work.
